Each ad hoc session paid at $120/session ($10 OFF if you have a Strength Masters membership). Cancel anytime.
In-person Personal training includes:
Complimentary Consultation: A 30-minute call to discuss your goals, create a tailored plan, and build rapport.
Expert Guidance: A one-hour training session with personalized coaching and observation to advance you towards your fitness goals.
Customized Nutrition: Tailored nutritional advice to complement your fitness goals.
Online Training Plan: A personalized workout program for continued progress outside of sessions.
Dedicated Support: Daily communication to answer questions and provide ongoing motivation within 24 hours.
Reduced rate/ 1-2PT pricing
10 sessions at $90/session/Pax, paid upfront ($100 OFF if you have a Strength Masters membership). Sessions will be conducted with another client paying the same rate. This rate also applies if you are training together with your buddy!

Online Coaching Subscription
Tailored personal programs based on your goals and fitness level. Remote interaction, weekly training program and 2 ways feedback within 24 hours.
Opens/Masters pricing (24 years old and above)
$170/month. Renewed every month on the day the subscription is active.
Student/Junior/Sub-Junior pricing (24 years old and below OR studying)
$150/month. Renewed every month on the day the subscription is active.
Online Coaching Subscription includes:
Complimentary Consultation: A 30-minute call to define goals, create a personalized plan, and build rapport.
Customized Training Programs: Tailored workout plans delivered weekly or in blocks.
Personalized Warm-up Drills: Specific warm-up routines based on your goals and needs.
Dedicated Support: Daily communication to provide guidance and motivation within 24 hours.
Powerlifting Competition Support: In-person guidance, strategy, and weight cut advice (if needed).
Hybrid Training Program
Tailored personal programs based on your goals and fitness level. Combination of the in-person PT and remote OC.
Opens/Masters pricing (24 years old and above)
$270/month ($10 OFF if you have a Strength Masters membership). Renewed every month on the day the subscription is active. ($170/month for online coaching, $100 for in-person PT at Strength Masters. U.P for single session PT at $120.)
Student/Junior/Sub-Junior pricing (24 years old and below OR studying)
$230/month ($10 OFF if you have a Strength Masters membership). Renewed every month on the day the subscription is active. ($150/month for online coaching, $80 for in-person PT at Strength Masters. U.P for single session PT at $120.)
